Dr. Eric Custode, DC earned his bachelor's degree in Biology and then went on to graduate school at Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree in early 2004. Dr. Custode had the honor of graduating Summa Cum Laude and Salutatorian for his graduating class after being on the Dean's List for every term of instruction.
While at CCCLA Dr. Custode earned the Clinic Excellence Award, which is given to only one student for each graduating class who displays the highest competency and skills both clinically and practically while treating patients as an intern. Additionally, in early 2004, Dr. Custode was one of only three interns specially chosen to participate in a pilot program at USC Campus Medical Center where chiropractic treatment was introduced along with traditional medicine in the treatment of patients. The results were extremely beneficial and the program continued for the top interns to participate in.
Dr. Custode continues with excellence in treatment and attention to detail on all patients being treated today. The health of his patients and the commitment to achieving not only pain relief but complete wellness is his primary goal. His patients range in age from under 1 year old to over 92. Additionally, many local medical doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners, osteopaths, dentists, optometrists, physical therapists and many other health specialists come to Dr. Custode for their chiropractic care. Over the past 18 years Dr. Custode has had the privilege of eliminating pain and providing wellness care for thousands of patients from throughout Southern California as well as visitors from other states and other countries.
Outside of the office Dr. Custode loves spending time with his wife, daughter and son, coaching various sports, staying active, participating in community events and groups and taking the opportunity, when available, to get out to the beach to surf with family and friends.
